2. Services Description

High Country Hydration Co. provides concierge IV hydration therapy and vitamin injection services in Grand Junction, CO and surrounding areas. All treatments are administered by licensed medical professionals. Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and should not replace regular medical care.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By booking an appointment, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Minors may receive services only with written parental or guardian consent and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

4. Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or via email • A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all appointments • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee • No-shows may be charged the full service amount • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances

5. Medical Disclaimer

IV hydration therapy and vitamin injections are medical procedures. Before receiving treatment, you will be required to complete a health intake form and consultation. Our medical professionals reserve the right to refuse treatment if they determine it is not medically appropriate. You agree to provide accurate and complete health information. Failure to disclose relevant medical history may result in adverse effects for which High Country Hydration Co. cannot be held liable.

6. Payment & Pricing

• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice • Payment is due at the time of service • We accept major credit cards and select digital payment methods • Membership fees are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, High Country Hydration Co., its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the High Country Hydration Co. website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of High Country Hydration Co. and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Mesa County, Colorado.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
